Our online service is the perfect solution for people who want independent retirement advice but delivered in a more convenient and cost-effective way.
Our independent advisers still follow our seven-step process to ensure you get the high-quality, bespoke and independent advice you need.
YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Will I get the same advice?
Is it the same people providing the advice?
Is video conferencing hard to use?
How much will I save?
Everyone’s goals for retirement are different, but the way we help people to achieve them is exactly the same.
We follow a seven-step process; each step designed to ensure you, your aspirations and your wishes remain at the heart of our client journey.
1. Free consultation and goal setting
Our discovery meeting is a chance for us to find out more about you and what you’re trying to achieve. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask more about our services.
2. Financial planning questionnaire and risk profiling
In order to provide you with the best advice, we need to ascertain certain pieces of information about you. This will include hard facts, such as your income and expenditure, and soft facts, such as how you wish to spend your retirement and any previous investment experience.
3. Information gathering and Letter of Authority
To help us help you, we need to fully understand your current circumstances; we need full details of your financial arrangements. We do this by completing a Letter of Authority, which gives us permission to speak with your providers, obtain full information and ask any relevant questions.
4. Analysis and prepare report
Once we have the information we need, we will analyse your financial arrangements alongside your goals. We will then prepare a report, outlining our advice to best help you achieve your intended outcomes.
5. Recommendation report
After the report is complete, we will arrange a further discussion to talk through our recommendations. We will answer any questions you may have, and provide you with a copy to take away and digest. We can make any adjustments you request, and you by no means have to follow through with every recommendation we suggest.
6. Implementation
The next step is to implement any action points within the recommendation report, to get your strategy moving in the right direction.
7. Ongoing reviews and relationship
The key to making and maintaining a solid financial plan is to revisit it on a regular basis. This way, you can ensure your planning remains on track to meet your ultimate goals. We review your goals on a regular basis and factor in any changes in personal circumstances, current and upcoming legislation, as well as investment performance. This way, we can stay on top of your long-term goals and aspirations, ultimately turning them into a reality for you.
